This Privacy Policy explains how TUUSIX OYUN YAZILIM VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Tuusix", "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Shape Match (the "App"). We built Shape Match to be playable without creating an account or giving us your name or email. Please read this policy to understand what limited data is involved and why.
None required. The App does not include a sign-up form and does not request personal details to play. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
When you first open the App, an anonymous account is created (a randomly generated identifier). We store the following against that anonymous ID on our backend, provided by Supabase (hosted in the European Union):
This data is used solely to save and sync your progress. It contains no name, email, or contact information.
To show ads and process purchases, the following third-party SDKs collect data directly on their own behalf:

We do not collect precise GPS location, your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

Game and account data is stored with Supabase on servers located in the European Union. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access is restricted by row-level security so that each anonymous account can only access its own records. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We retain anonymous game data for as long as the anonymous account is active. If the account remains unused for an extended period, or upon a valid deletion request, we may delete the associated records. Advertising and purchase data are retained by Google and RevenueCat according to their own policies.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because accounts are anonymous, we may need additional information to locate the records relating to your device.
Shape Match is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours (for example the United States for Google and RevenueCat, and the European Union for Supabase). Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
