This policy explains what information the mobile game Beam & Bloom ("the game", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is published by Tuusix (tuusix.com). Contact: hello@tuusix.com.
Beam & Bloom has no accounts and no registration. Your progress is saved on your device only. The game shows optional rewarded advertisements and offers optional in-app purchases; the advertising and analytics partners listed below receive limited device information to provide those services. We never see your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment card details.
When you play, the game and its service partners collect:
Your level progress, star ratings, settings, and hint balance are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the game deletes them; this is disclosed in the shop before purchase.
The game uses the following third-party services, which process the data described above under their own privacy policies:
Advertisements in Beam & Bloom are optional rewarded videos — they play only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game hint.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with consent requirements, a consent dialog is shown when you first play, and you can revisit your choices at any time via Settings → Privacy choices inside the game. Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalisation by resetting or deleting your device's advertising ID (Android Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold accounts, most data our partners process is keyed to device identifiers: resetting your advertising ID and uninstalling the game severs that link. For anything else — including deletion requests, which we will pass to our partners — contact hello@tuusix.com. We do not "sell" personal information as most people understand the word; advertising partners' use of identifiers may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA, which the consent and advertising-ID controls above let you limit.
Beam & Bloom is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will work with our partners to delete it.
We do not operate our own servers for the game; data collected by the partners above is retained under their published retention policies (for example, Google Analytics event data is retained for a limited period we configure, currently 14 months). Data is transmitted using encrypted connections.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the game after a change means the updated policy applies.
